1. Find a quiet, comfortable spot and relax by, say, noticing your breath going in and out for about 15 minutes.
  2. Reduce the size of this window by two thirds and drag it to the left of the screen.
  3. Click on this, Parrot Lilly Flower,to bring up its window, and click and drag on its tab to bring it to the right side of the screen.
  4. Look at the flower image. If you enjoy looking at it for more than a minute then your memory of the Mandala of the home page is probably in play.
  5. On the other hand, if after 10 seconds you don't notice a continuous increase in detail through out the image for at least a minute, click on this, Mandala of Inspiration.pdf,, to bring up its window.
  6. View the flower image with that of the Mandala in your peripheral vision. Within about 10 seconds you may notice a continuously increasing focus that may go on for several minutes, right down to the smallest detail of the flower and its leaves.
  7. Try this again with any other object or scene that interests you from, say the Images for Success page or www.flickr.com photos website, looking at it until you become bored and then bringing the Mandala up in your peripheral vision.
  8. Eventually your memory of the Mandala will become more effective than the Mandala, which will become a distraction, so minimize its image. On the other hand, when the image in your mind, or your visualization of it, is no longer effective, bring back the Mandala window.
  9. After using the Mandala this way with a couple of images it becomes resident in your working memory for about 24 hours. During this period you may note a sense of wholeness, facility and well being not otherwise available.
  10. While cooking, talking, playing sports, making love, acting, being sick, reading, doing yoga, singing, etc, visualize the Mandala when you need to be more inspired in their doing (but not until, to provide an impetus for activating the Mandala).
  11. Benefits of the Mandala fade with its memory in about 24 hours. To regain them, repeat steps 1- 9.
  12. I usually do this for a few minutes first thing in the morning, but Instead of the Parrot Lilly Flower I use the plants and trees out my bedroom window, using the Mandala from the site home page on my cell phone or one kept in my wallet. albertkueffner@sbcglobal.net
